Job Duty:
1. Work closely with business leaders to understand the organizational hiring needs and build effective recruit plan;
2. Utilize international recruit channels to find qualified candidates. Be good at through the Internet to find external design resources, including art outsourcing. Finally, suitable price reached cooperation with company.
3. Understand deeply into the mobile production process and project management.
4.Have a strong aesthetic, accurate assessment of the designer "s works."
5. Build long term and diverse talent pipeline and keep warm line warm;
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of related experiences on recruitment;
2. Strong skill on communication and time management;
3. Proven service-mined and strong customer service focus, flexible and open to new ways of doing business.
4. Have mobile products experience is the best.
