Post duties
1. Fully responsible for kindergarten work, including education and teaching management, logistics and safety management, parent work management, etc.
2. Work out annual, monthly and monthly work plans for kindergartens.
3, carry out the construction of the park culture and teaching staff.
4. Be responsible for planning, organizing, guiding and inspecting the daily management of kindergartens to ensure the realization of various goals;
5. Do a good job of home communication, to parents'requests, opinions, suggestions to make timely response and processing, to help parents solve some problems in the family care.
Qualification
1. Love the cause of early childhood education, have the qualification of kindergarten director, college degree or above, have many years of early childhood education work experience, kindergarten management experience;
