Job Description
Post duties
1, according to the company arrangement, provide tennis training courses for members and trainees.
2. Keep good communication with members, students and parents, provide professional consultation and feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
3. Tennis teaching research, tennis information collection, analysis and application;
4. Participate in professional training organized by the company.
5, according to the different situations of members and trainees, two sales should be done for the company's products.
6, take part in the training of company organizations, and constantly improve their professional level and teaching ability.
7. Assist the operation Department to establish good communication with students, members and parents.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Tenure requirements
1, have strong teaching practice ability, language communication ability, affinity;
2. Coaches of sports-related specialties (sports education, sports training, social sports, tennis) or professional teams with national certificates of athletes above level 2 are preferred for retired players or those with other relevant skills and conditions.
3. Work experience in the same industry for more than 3 years.
