Job Description
Responsible for student management (tracking feedback on learning, attending classes, improving course satisfaction, handling complaints)
Responsible for special tutoring courses for VIP students, and responsible for basic courses.
Cooperate to handle daily educational work.
Student renewal and other routine work
Qualifications:
Major in English or overseas study preferred.
Having experience in teaching or educational administration of training institutions is preferred.
Strong time management skills.
Familiar with office software and operation, proficient in office software such as word and excel.
Able to work actively under pressure.
Have excellent coordination and communication skills, and understand the cultural differences between China and Western countries.
Strong adaptability and able to handle emergencies properly.
