Construction drawing designer

Responsibilities:
1, assist the main designer to deepen the design work and complete the whole construction drawing.
2. Fully understand the design and convert the detailed drawings to the construction drawings.
3, participate in the construction site coordination and negotiation;
4. Responsible for construction site alteration and completion drawing production.
5, if necessary, we need to track the construction site for drawing rectification and solve the construction difficulties.
6. Assist in following up the material and project schedule.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above in architecture related field.
2. 1-3 years experience in formal design office or design company building design and construction drawing production;
3. Proficient in AUTOCAD software, and at the same time skilled in using other related software.
4. Familiar with building construction drawing specifications and requirements;
5. Familiar with the engineering design standards and requirements, and have a certain understanding of the relevant national industry norms.
6. It is very skilled in handling various details, nodes and receiving methods, and can complete the whole construction plan independently. Rich experience in construction and knowledge of material and design budgetary estimate;
7. Initiative, enthusiasm, efficiency and attitude.
8. Good understanding and communication skills, strong organizational coordination, teamwork and problem solving skills;
9. Be diligent and down-to-earth, have good professional ethics, have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, rigorous and steady, can withstand greater work pressure.
