Planned product control manager

Post duties:
1. responsible for supervising and checking the quality of management services in various stores nationwide.
2. tracking customer satisfaction data of stores and continuously improving customer perception;
3. Be responsible for checking the implementation of the company's policies and procedures in the store, tracking the results and timely feedback of the inspection results;
4. check the work process of each post and collect rationalization proposals.
5. familiarity with apartment operation and training and control of basic shop inspections.
Requirements for office:
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in hotel and chain apartment.
2. Be familiar with the standards, procedures and systems of quality inspection of hotels and chain apartments.
3. Good command of writing skills, proficient in using EXCEL, WORD, PPT and other office software;
4. Service orientation and customer experience.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, problem sensitivity, communication and coordination.
6. Strong execution, high self-discipline, integrity in work and principles.
7. Be able to adapt to long-term business trip, have a strong ability to withstand pressure, work actively and adapt to overtime.
