Teaching director of online foreign education project

岗位职责：
1、根据区域教学部对资源利用的要求,制定工作方案及组织实施，以达成年度/季度/月度的资源利用指标；
2、根据教学部的要求，负责对外教进行面试、招聘、培训工作；
3、按绩效考核要求，对外教老师团队进行考核和评估,落实并完善外教团队薪酬绩效考核方案；
4、根据业务需求对教学服务，教学质量，和外教团队教学氛围进行全方位的把握，并根据环境变化迅速有效地调整;
5、管理教学资料、教案和外籍员工档案。

requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above;
2, the English eight or equivalent English ability, strong language skills education;
3, 3 years or equal ability of teaching experience, 1 years management experience, education industry is preferred;
4, strong professional skills, strong communication and coordination and management ability;
