Job Description
1. Enrollment and Market Expansion
A. Under the leadership of the Group Marketing Director, establish the school's enrollment objectives for each semester, formulate the enrollment implementation plan, lead the local team to enroll students, and be responsible for the completion of the school's enrollment tasks;
B. Corporate image promotion and brand building. Specifically, we need to publicize the brand of "Foreign Teacher" in our city. It can accurately estimate its market share in the local English training market.
2. Teaching and Administration
A. Assist the group human resources department to complete the recruitment of human resources (including foreign teachers, secondary education and administrative managers) in the campus, recommend the managers, and assist the group human resources department to complete the performance appraisal of the school;
B. The management of secondary and foreign teachers, the communication between home and school, the handling of complaints and suggestions, and the establishment of a good Home-School Interaction ecology;
C. Daily operation and maintenance of the campus to ensure the safe, orderly and stable operation of all work;
3. Government and Partner Public Relations
A. Maintaining public relations with the government administrative departments (educational commission, fire protection, public security, etc.) in the city where the branch is located;
B. Coordination and communication with branch partners or investors.

1. Bachelor degree or above, English proficiency TEM4, CET6 or IELTS 6.0 or above;
2. More than five years experience in training industry and more than three years experience in comprehensive management;
3. Priority for independent experience in developing new markets.
