Webi English was established in 1998. We are one of the leading English training brand in China. There are about 200 branches in all China.
We have 20 centers in Shanghai; most of them are located in the city center, only a few are on the fringes of the city but still near a metro station.
We also have many centers located in East China area. Those cities are quite close to Shanghai (only take half an hour to 3 hours to Shanghai by high-speed train), yet with lower living cost and cheaper rent than that in Shanghai.
Do you have any preference of the location?
Teaching English at Webi will be enjoyable. All of our students are adolescents and adults. They are young and energetic and would love to absorb new things and knowledge, which means it will be easier to get well with the students and have a friendly relationship with them. It will be easy to do the teaching at Webi, because Webi has its own cour. Prepared lesson plans will help teachers a lot in the preparation of their classes. In addition, small-sized class is easy for teachers to manage. The largest class at Webi will have no more than 20 students in one class. However, it is still challenging when the ESL Teachers do their jobs. One of the classes called Social Club It has students with different English levels. Teachers need to put their efforts on how to adjust their class activities to get all English level students involved.
Our teacher works 40 hrs per week (including 25 teaching hrs plus 15 office hrs). Each day the teacher works 8 hrs (5 teaching hrs plus 3 office hrs). Because our students are almost working adults, they are only available to take classes in the evening and on weekends, so our schedule is different from public school or university etc.
The total salary includes housing allowance is range from RMB 14,000 to RMB 18,000 before tax according to different location and teachers'qualification. Free Mandarin lessons, housing allowance and 6K flight reimbursement will be provided. For your arrival, we have picked-up service and 3-7 days hotel. Our local staff will help you with a hotel.
