Training Director

LINKO is an executive search/recruitment firm that also does English (general, business, automotive, and job-specific) and soft skills training. We mainly operate in the automotive industry, and our students range from engineers to C-Suite executives. Our students look to us to learn the language, knowledge, and skills to succeed in their jobs.

Responsibilities:
Human resource management in training Dept.
Trainers'management: new member training, ESL training, speaking test training and certification, automotive training; conducting performance evaluation and management trainers' performances throughout their careers at LINKO
Teaching quality and cost control
Develop and improve the curriculum
Help the marketing department to accomplish the Business development goal
Requirements:
Native speaker
Well experienced in academic management in an adult training organization or business leadership in MNC
At least two years'experience in teaching adults
Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, TESOL, or any other related field
