Immigration Consultant

Job responsibilities:
1. Digging potential customers, expanding sales channels, consulting and evaluating customers, and initially determining the application program. Through media propaganda, mobile phone short messages, network platform, exhibition and other channels to tap potential customers with immigration intention, to provide advice to customers with their own professional knowledge and enthusiastic service, according to their own conditions and correct, clear and comprehensive understanding of customer needs, to formulate appropriate effective and fast immigration program for customers.
2. Accept the entrustment of prospective customers and go through the formalities of signing contracts.
3. Help customers prepare relevant materials after confirming the plan. Answer all the customer's questions in the immigration process, understand the customer's needs, save time and money for customers, and maintain the relationship with customers at all times.
4. Communicate with partners regularly, keep abreast of changes in immigration policies and coordinate with relevant enterprises.
5. Actively cooperate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth progress of customer applications. Assist in copying and collecting all immigration documents such as customer's personal data, asset documents and so on. Collaborate with the progress plan of Material Center to collect immigration materials.
6. Keep enthusiastic, meticulous and thoughtful replies and visits to the contracted customers, and make detailed records of the basic situation of the customers and the questions of consultation. And regular courtesy greetings to customers, do a good job in maintaining the daily relationship between new and old customers, tracking the progress of immigration processing, to provide customers with quality service throughout the process, in order to tap the potential of customer groups.
7. Actively assist leaders in fulfilling departmental tasks, actively participate in the learning and experience exchange of consultant teams, and enhance their own capabilities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management, etc.
2. More than two years of work experience, including at least one year of high-end customer consulting service experience;
3. Good communication and expression skills, team cooperation awareness and coordination ability;
4. Be good at studying business, and constantly improve self-professional quality and professional level;
5. Have a certain legal awareness and a strong sense of customer privacy and information confidentiality;
6. Overseas working experience is preferred.
