1. Make regional annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans according to the sales objectives of the marketing department under its jurisdiction.
2. Formulate the corresponding regional marketing plan according to the sales plan, and supervise and guide the implementation of the plan.

3. Organize and guide sales activities of personnel in the region
4. Assist supervisors to organize and carry out large-scale business negotiations, product exhibitions, large-scale exhibitions, technical exchanges, training meetings and other activities in the market.
5. Instruct customer representatives to negotiate and sign contracts with customers, and review the contract documents.
6. Organize the preparation of sales reports and regularly report sales to superior leaders.
7. Assist the managers of marketing department under their jurisdiction in regional market analysis and sales forecast

8. Be responsible for guiding subordinates to investigate, track and analyze customer needs, and provide timely and effective customer service.
