Responsibilities
Analysis market, competition, and consumer needs - translate into product requirements
Work with industrial designs, engineers, toolmakers, and other functions to ensure designs
Are focused and newly developed products are manufactured to the highest quality
Collaborate with relevant teams to reach optimal tradeoff between product vision, time to
Market, and product cost, all while acting in the best interest of the customer
Monitor industry trends and competitors, work with design and engineering teams to build
Long-term product strategy and roadmaps
Perform ongoing market research through news, reviews, surveys, trade shows, etc.
Define and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of products
Ensure that products are localized - packaging, product specifications, marketing collateral,

Supervise the activities of others to complete projects - ex: work with technical writers to
Ensure that manuals for new or existing products are as effective as possible

Requirements
Must have interest in consumer products and technology, and a deep understanding of
