Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for pre-sale and after-sale consultation and reply, guide customers to buy company products;
2. Responsible for collecting and summarizing the operation data of customer service department, providing reliable basis for company decision-making, channel and sales work.
3. Coordinating cooperation with other departments to accomplish tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, English can be used as working language;
2. Excellent ability of expression and communication, comprehensive judgment, organization and coordination, strong resistance to pressure;
3. Open-minded, patient, active and open-minded; dedicated, responsible, with good professional ethics and team spirit;
4. Strong ability to use computer and office software, with a certain degree of copywriting ability.
5. Graduates are acceptable to both sexes.
