Bilingual tutors (foreign tutors)

Job responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with foreign teachers and be responsible for the management of class administrative affairs, including but not limited to: student files, curriculum arrangements, student renewal, etc.
2. Cooperate with foreign teachers to formulate the teaching plan for the class students, to formulate the individualized learning plan for each student, and to undertake certain teaching tasks;
3. According to the students'learning situation, we should carry out periodic assessment of students' teaching, and adjust the teaching arrangement of students in the next stage in time according to the assessment results.
4. Be responsible for the communication between home and school in the process of students'learning, and be able to independently complete the parents' symposium.
5. Cooperate with other work in the campus.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English, Chinese as a foreign language, education, overseas background is preferred;
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, TEM-4 or above is preferred.
3. Good image temperament, affinity, love education industry;
4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork, good at communication, willing to learn;
5. Able to work under certain pressure.
Working hours:
10:00-19:00
Pay structure:
Basic salary (4-8K) bonus
