Production Manager

Job responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for organizing and formulating the work plan of the department;
2. Be responsible for organizing, guiding and supervising the implementation of production management systems;
3. Responsible for collecting and feeding back information on offshore fisheries development and assisting the company in making decisions on major fisheries development projects;
4. Be responsible for organizing and managing the offshore operations of ocean-going fishing vessels.
5. Be responsible for organizing the relevant preparations for fishing vessels before they leave the harbour.
6. To be responsible for organizing and implementing the inventory of ship returning to work;
7. Assist in the formulation of ship maintenance plans;
8. Be responsible for organizing and completing fishery production statistics;
9. Be responsible for organizing and implementing the management of contingency plans for ocean operations, and do a good job in preventing and resisting typhoons and various emergencies.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of ships and experience in fish production are required, and familiarity with the business of fishery companies is required.
2. More than three years of working experience in the same position.
