Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for Alibaba International Station's external liaison business, promote companies to foreign businessmen, develop markets, and deal with inquiries and various needs of customers in a timely manner. Provide customers with active, enthusiastic, satisfied and thoughtful service.
2. Be responsible for tracking the process of planning, production, packaging and transportation of foreign trade orders within the enterprise.
3. Transfer relevant customer requirements according to foreign trade requirements and be responsible for the production of foreign trade documents for customer service;
4. Be responsible for collecting and sorting out information, including market information, customer information, partner information, etc.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, major in international trade, e-commerce, foreign trade, translation, marketing, foreign language is preferred;
2. Familiar with foreign trade process and have the ability to independently develop customers;
3. Careful, conscientious and responsible, good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
4. College English level above CET-4, good writing skills, skilled application of Excel, Word and other office software;
