Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for collaborating with sales staff to promote the company's products and assist sales staff to obtain orders;
2. Familiar with all kinds of popular industrial control communication equipment and basic use in the market, familiar with the routine communication links between computers and equipment, implement the communication process of related equipment and upper software, and understand the communication protocol of popular equipment;
3. Participate in bidding for company projects, write pre-sale and after-sale system schemes required by users, and make technical exchanges with users;
4. Training the product/business knowledge of partners and end users;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in industrial control and automation related major, master's degree is preferred;
2. Understanding Japanese/Korean;
3. More than 1 year experience in automation software application;
4. Familiar with all kinds of popular industrial control communication equipment and basic usage in the market, familiar with the routine communication links between computers and equipment, implement the communication process of related equipment and upper software, and understand the communication protocol of popular equipment;
5. Strong learning, understanding and service awareness;
6. Good expression skills, good communication and collaboration;
7. Strong desire for knowledge and sense of responsibility.
