JOB SUMMARY
1. To manage and supervise smooth, efficient and effective daily store operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
2. To assist Manager in training, supervising, directing and managing employees.
3. Be proactive in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability of the business
4. To provide and maintain operations reports to Manager and/or Head Office in terms of revenue, operations, functions.
5. To create a working environment that supports the Company vision and values.
6. To deliver outstanding customer service, continue trying to exceed customer expectations by service, efficiency and product knowledge.
