Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Receive guests in designated positions, pay attention to their meals, obey the appointment of their superiors, and provide good services to guests;
2. Perform all kinds of work according to working procedures and standards, such as changing tablecloths, setting tables, cleaning tableware, preparing tableware and cleaning and hygiene, etc.
3. Know well about the daily supply of dishes and drinks and able to introduce guests;
4. Serve the guests by serving, dividing up, pouring wine, changing tableware and serving them.
5. Pay attention to the dishes ordered by the guests. Help guests solve all kinds of problems in the dining process as much as possible.
6. Responsible for the finishing work after a good meal, clean and sanitary on duty, and handover.
Requirements:
1. Correct facial features and good health;
2. Experience in Western restaurant and bars is preferred.
3. Familiarity with business etiquette is preferred
