Recruitment of several sales assistants in Spanish
Responsibilities
1. Receive customer orders according to the company's procedures, confirm orders and track them until the finished product is delivered.
2. Cooperate with Sales Manager and Production Department to confirm, track and deliver customer drawings, moulds and samples.
3. Cooperate with Production Department and Sales Manager, arrange orders and delivery plan reasonably, follow up the production progress of customers'orders in time, arrange shipments timely and accurately, and track the status of freight. In case of special circumstances, it is necessary to cooperate with the sales manager to communicate and negotiate with customers in a timely manner.
4. Cooperate with sales manager to deal with customer complaints, and timely feedback the complaints to superior leaders and relevant personnel.
5. Cooperate with the sales manager to maintain the cooperative relationship with customers and ensure the normal development of sales work for customers.
6. According to customer's payment terms, cooperate with sales manager and finance department to complete customer's payment checking and container control.
7. Do a good job of filing customer information, orders, sales reports, etc. to ensure that the information provided to superior leaders is accurate.
8. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
Requirements:
1: More than one year working experience, experience in overseas work is preferred.
2: Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Western languages
3. Have a strong sense of enterprise, responsibility and positive working attitude.
4: US signatures are preferred.
Salary treatment:
The monthly basic salary is 10000 performance appraisal, including food and clothing.
