Job description:
1) To be responsible for the sale and promotion of the company's products in the international market;
2) Be responsible for the contact and development of foreign customers, maintain good communication and coordination with customers;
3) To be responsible for the daily operation and partial management of the overseas market of e-commerce platform;
4) Daily order processing, consultation email reply, customer complaint handling, and other issues handling;
5) Responsible for international platform commodity search ranking optimization, traffic, conversion rate, quotation, customer analysis, etc.
Recruitment requirements
1) College degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to communicate with foreign customers by telephone/mail;
2) Strong communication skills, adaptability, active thinking, strong learning ability, foreign trade work experience is preferred;
3) Proficiency in office software and social networking tools to promote company products on the corresponding social platforms;
4) Responsible, able to work under great pressure, teamwork spirit, good at challenges;
5) 1-3 years experience in foreign trade sales.
