Job description:
1. Be responsible for the accounting processing of the operating platforms under the company and other B2B/B2C platforms, issue financial statements of e-commerce operation, do a good job of streamline collection, and keep accurate, timely and complete accounting;
2. Management of logistics cost of e-commerce platform, statistics of settlement data of each channel/e-commerce platform, checking and sorting into accounts, monthly reconciliation;
3, the third party payment tools flow of funds audit, distribution system settlement, cash withdrawals, recharge, platform refund, Alipay transfer, fight money, etc.;
4. Be responsible for compiling monthly and annual cost accounting tables and cost analysis tables.
5. To manage the company's fixed assets and inventory financially and organize the liquidation and capital verification periodically or irregularly;
6. Audit purchase documents and do a good job of financial process control;
7. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by superior leaders.
Requirements:
1. Intermediate accounting qualification certificate, major in accounting or financial management, college degree or above;
2. Over two years'experience in equivalent financial positions in cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade companies, with excellent financial analysis capabilities, experience in domestic and foreign (cross-border) e-commerce industry, Amazon platform finance is preferred;
3. Skilled in handling all tax matters and accounting books, with experience in foreign trade export tax rebate;
4. Be proficient in overall accounting and internal and external accounting.
5. Familiar with national financial policy, enterprise financial system and process, computerized accounting, proficient in relevant fiscal laws and regulations;
6. Strong ability of cost management, risk control and financial analysis;
7. Good coordination and execution skills, serious work, quick and sensitive response, strong sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit, able to withstand greater work pressure.
