Platform Operations Manager

Job description:
1. Cooperate with the company to complete cross-border e-commerce strategic planning, operation and team management;
2. Manage three e-commerce platforms and lead three teams to achieve the established sales goals.
3. Responsible for the company's cross-border e-commerce platform website, online and offline activities planning, promotion, implementation, follow-up and progress effect monitoring, data analysis, summary and filing, follow-up sales operation of each platform;
4. Be responsible for organizing and establishing the operation team, and arrange the operation team for business management, training, team system construction, etc.
5. Co-ordinate the company's data resources and brand resources, and lead the team to achieve the goals set by the company;
6. Integrate relevant resources, formulate e e e-commerce platform promotion plan and implementation of promotion activities;
7. Complete other work arranged by the company.
Requirements:
1. Major in foreign language and marketing. Over 3 years'experience in foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
2. Experience in Amazon/Express/Alibaba e-commerce marketing is preferred.
3. Be proficient in Korean and be able to communicate with Korean companies in time.
4. Over three years'experience in organizing and managing cross-border e-commerce website operation team, leading the team in website publicity and e-commerce market promotion, business planning and development;
5. The work is planned, careful, responsible, good communication and teamwork spirit;
6. Proficiency in office software.
