Job description:
1. Responsible for website search engine optimization and promotion, and participate in the formulation of the overall website SEO optimization program, full responsibility for search traffic KPI;
2. Develop keyword optimization strategies and programs, responsible for website search engine optimization work: including keyword mining and analysis, keyword deployment, internal chain adjustment, and continuous optimization;
3. Monitor, analyze and evaluate the keywords of websites, set keyword strategies, and improve the search ranking of keywords;
4. Track and analyze the SEO traffic introduced, plan the website architecture, improve the ranking and traffic of the website in Google, Baidu, 360, Sogou, Shenma search engine;
5. Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of links inside and outside the site, quickly obtain high-quality resources, and effectively support the operation of the site;
6. Write SEO operation documents, effectively promote products and technologies, and ultimately complete the online demand and obtain traffic;
7. Monitor and analyze the traffic and data of the company website and competitor website, and promptly put forward the treatment plan and countermeasures according to the analysis results.
8. Promote the registration of free traffic and improve the conversion rate of resume through product guidance and follow-up operation means, so as to enhance the overall effect of free channel;
9. Complete the SEO report monthly and adjust the delivery strategy according to the analysis, and regularly maintain the company's encyclopedia and Q&A content on various platforms.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in e-commerce, marketing or computer related fields;
2.5 years or more experience in SEO, bachelor degree or above;
3. Love the cause of SEO, be good at exploring and studying new trends of SEO, have good sensitivity and awareness, pay attention to and analyze competitors'optimization strategies;
4. Proficient in the principles and optimization of search engine SEO, and have rich practical experience in the application of search engine SEO;
5. Familiar with all kinds of SEO tools, collection tools, site groups and other related applications of SEO, can excavate SEO resources;
6. Proficient in Baidu, Google, Haosou, Sogou and other mainstream search engine ranking enhancement techniques, including site optimization, site optimization and internal and external link optimization, keyword optimization, code optimization, image optimization, etc.
7. Be able to independently write and implement SEO programs, track the optimization results, and be responsible for search traffic;
8. Experience in website code, familiar with HTML, DIV CSS, Python.
