Job description:
1. Fully understand the company's visual positioning style, establish and improve product interface visual design specifications, and improve user experience;
2. Responsible for UI interface, Web page design and mobile page design of the company's products;
3. Communicate and cooperate with product manager, front-end engineer and development engineer to confirm the final realization of controllable error range and visual effect.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in design related;
More than 2.3 years experience in mobile Internet and web design;
3. Creative thinking, rich imagination, can draw illustrations, icons, expression packages and so on according to the needs of the scene;
4. Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator, AI and other design software;
5. Understand Android and IOS design specifications;
6. Internet financial background is preferred;
7. Ability to use English as the main working language;
8. Strong understanding ability, logical thinking ability, strong execution ability, can quickly understand product strategy and user pain points, and design products that are most in line with user psychology;
9. Be able to adapt to the working mode of multinational corporations and overtime.
