Responsibility of Quality Safety Officer
1. To be able to draft and compile regulations and regulations on quality and safety management of the project, and to supervise, inspect and implement them;
2. To organize and review project planning documents, construction organization design, special construction plans or technical measures, and report them to relevant departments and technical leaders for approval, supervision and inspection of implementation;
3. Cooperate with department managers to establish various safety accident mechanism standards and prepare corresponding emergency rescue and disposal plans.
4. Regularly organize inspection and assessment of project quality, formulate corrective and preventive measures, and supervise the rectification of hidden dangers;
5. Organize the activities of total quality management to promote the continuous improvement of quality management.
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above in construction-related field. Qualification certificate and safety certificate are preferred.
2. Full-time civil engineering quality officer safety staff post experience and on-site construction experience;
3. Have a certain ability of organization and coordination, be conscientious and diligent, bear hardships and stand hard work, and adapt to the life of the project site;
4. Familiar with national and local laws, regulations and standards, and familiar with the use;
5. Proficiency in office, CAD and other office software.
