Job Description
1. College degree or above, major in civil and industrial construction, engineering cost, budget and final accounts, etc.
2. More than 3 years working experience in budget and final accounts of real estate construction projects.
3. Qualification certificates of cost engineers and cost engineers are preferred.
4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, able to withstand certain working pressure.
(2) Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the completion of investment estimates in the project planning stage.
2. Participate in project bidding and contract preparation.
3. Audit the progress payment of the project according to the contract and related documents.
4. Assist departments in handling related budget and final accounts.
5. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.
