Job Description
Project: English translation for expatriates
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Cycle: 1 year (full 6 months rest 15 days)
Estimated start time: 2019.3
Requirements: Good oral English, aged between 24 and 45 years old, with more than 2 years of overseas engineering experience, extroverted personality.
Job responsibilities:
1. Translation: Conference minutes, correspondence, e-mail, business contracts, engineering materials, etc.
2. Interpretation: Assist engineers or project managers to communicate well with the outside world and interpret meetings, weekly meetings, monthly meetings, design liaison meetings, accompanying translators during work, etc.
Requirements:
1. Graduated from English major, with strong ability of interpretation and translation and fluent oral English;
2. Work content is English translation, mainly interpreting, supplemented by translation.
3. Require to be able to adapt to the working environment of foreign countries and accept the working conditions of on-site construction.
4. Experience in cement, construction, installation or civil engineering is preferred.
