Overseas Project Manager

Project Manager Job Description:
1. Responsible for the whole process of construction management of the project from preparation to acceptance and delivery, as well as visa settlement.
2. Strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, preside over the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual construction plans, and be responsible for the progress, quality, cost, safety and civilized construction of the project.
3. Organize construction site layout planning, including water supply, power supply, processing sites, warehouses and office rest areas, to solve all coordination problems on the site;
4. Strictly implement the company's financial system and strengthen project budget and cost management. To examine and approve monthly cost analysis reports and effectively control the recovery and expenditure of various project funds. Pay attention to cost information feedback and take corrective measures in time.
5. Responsible for timely processing of various site visas and settlement of project funds to supervisors and construction units, as well as making original site visa records, and completing project claims;
6. Responsible for the improvement, inspection and transfer of all technical documents and materials in the project implementation process;
7. Be responsible for making and submitting applications for acceptance of completed projects, participating in acceptance and acceptance of completed projects until they are qualified, and improving the experience of project maintenance and project management after completion.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.
Qualifications:
College degree or above in civil engineering related specialty, working experience of more than 10 years in this specialty, especially excellent person can be relaxed appropriately. English proficiency is preferred, working experience abroad is preferred, and relevant professional qualification certificates are preferred.
