Children's English teacher

The main duties and responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily teaching, such as lesson preparation, class, including salon activities and DEMO classes;
2. Make teaching plans according to different situations of students and follow up the learning progress to ensure the teaching quality;
3. Followed up the learning situation of students, urged them to complete their homework and give feedback;
4. Participated in the company's teaching research and training, presided over or participated in the research of teaching methods;
5. Participated in docking meetings of educational affairs, and cooperated with other departments such as sales and customer service to complete daily work of the school;
6. Obey other tasks arranged by the director of the teaching department.
Job requirements:
1. 20-35 years old, college degree or above;
2. Good English communication skills (cet-6 or above), fluent in oral English, standard pronunciation, and able to teach in English;
3, love English teaching career, passion, humor, wide range of knowledge, have a strong teaching ability and self-motivated;
4. At least 1 year of relevant working experience, familiar with relevant teaching subjects, with solid professional knowledge and skills;
5. Fond of children, patient and meticulous, good at communicating with students, able to cope with different levels of needs of students, and able to adapt to strong work pressure;
6. High work enthusiasm, good team work spirit, good communication and coordination ability, and sense of service to students.
