Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the customer manager to handle the daily business work, handle the internal operation and communication of the customer business.
2. Responsible for completing orders and processing all aspects: checking data with customers, timely feedback on differences, problems and results;
3. Feedback customers'complaints in time, assist customer managers to coordinate internal resources and properly handle them, and maintain good customer relations.
4. Complete product sales, contract signing, payment recovery, after-sales service and other related work.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by the customer manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or other management (experience is not limited).
2. Good communication and organizational skills, able to communicate independently with customers.
3. Good written communication skills, can use English and Chinese for e-mail communication.
