[Job Responsibilities]
1. Accept foreign customers'purchase consultation, order processing, pre-sale and after-sale services, and make good records;
2. Simple telephone communication, clear and fluent spoken language;
3. Handling telephone/mail/complaint, typing speed is faster;
4. Team work ability, good communication with other departments;
5. Be flexible and able to complete other tasks arranged by Department leaders.
[Job requirements]
1. College degree or above, proficient in English, welcome new graduates to join (no restrictions on majors);
2. CET4 or above, the stronger ones have no requirement for certificates, and they should be fluent in spoken English.
3. Ability to bear hardships and endure hardships, to learn quickly, and to obey the working arrangements of superior leaders;
4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, be patient and have high subjective initiative;
5. Strong adaptability, service awareness and enthusiasm, similar work experience is preferred;

[Working hours] Three shifts in the morning and middle shift; AM7:00-PM15:00 in the morning shift; PM15:00-PM21:00 in the middle shift; PM21:00-AM7:00 in the evening shift.
