Job Descriptions:
We are looking for an experienced and connected manager to join our team and drive the growth of the platform among influencers & social media broadcasters. As a Digital Talent & Operation Manager, you will focus on external reach to talent, onboard presence and help them expand their on Red Eagles, while assisting them to develop I Nto the next generation of rising broadcasters. You will work with the broadcasters in different categories to help them build their accounts, perfect their content strategy and involve them in scalable programs. You will support the team across a variety of marketing, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube and upcoming platforms) Forms, events and content initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
1. Identify, recruit and onboard a portfolio of broadcasters (high potential influencers, KOLs, digital creators) on a regular basis;
2. Manage the broadcasters (KOLs) and help them to grow on the platform; Maintain the regular communication with broadcasters and address feedback
3. Initiate, negotiate, and manage high priority creator partnerships, and represent ZJ Group well in the live-broadcasting, content creator space, building our reputation as great partners and outstanding collaborators
4. Develop and implement live broadcast best practices; Extract, organize and package valuable broadcasting content and advertise it on the market;
5. Manage initiatives to grow the popularity of the broadcasters through planning hot topics, create platform columns workshops, events through different channels
6. Work closely with the director, operation, marketing and the technology team to identify revenue opportunities, promote the platform's incentive mechanism, develop and implement creative ways to improve broadcasters'relationships and drive strategic growth
Marketing & Operation Management:
1. Be familiar to the Canadian online streaming market and the users'requirements, provide strategic marketing support to generate users and promote the interactions between the users and the broadcasters.
2. Deliver against agreed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets; Provide management with weekly updates and accurate quantitative analysis and sales forecasting
3. Collected the users'feedback and improved the product from the customers' side; strengthened connection with users and provided better local use experience
4. Manage target users (groups), optimize the broadcasters'exposure among social media
5. Manage the expansion and maintenance of the channels of the KOL economy, introducing and cultivating high-quality users
What are we looking for?
1. Have 2-5 years'experience in entertainment, broadcasting and/or social media would be a big plus
2. Passionate about the digital media landscape, live broadcasting, mobile applications, new technology and emerging trends
3. You are a social media expert (facebook, twitter, Snapshot, instagram, VK, YouTube)
4. You're a self-starter, problem solver and fast learner
5. You are a strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively write digital content and translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
6. You enjoy consuming online videos and genuine interest in international cultures
7. You understand the power of digital influencers and it makes sense to you even better if...
1. Experience in working with business development, international partners experience in education, Fitness, Travelling, and Hospitality areas
2. Experience in analyzing data and identifying insights to assess KPI and campaign performance
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment within multiple time zones and flexible time slots.
