JOB DESCRIPTION
1. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
1.1 Native English Speaking Accent preferred.
1.2 Bachelor's degree or Maste degree.
1.3 Proof of no criminal background check
1.4 TESOL/TEFL/CELTA
1.5 A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
2. POSITION DESCRIPTION
2.1 Age of students: 18-25
2.2 Number of students per class: about 30
2.3 Each classrooms: is equipped with a computer, projector, microphone, and speakers
2.4 Curriculum: developed and provided by Australia and American Universities
3. REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
3.1 Monday to Friday
3.2 Basic Salary range 12,000 to 16,000, negotiable based on previous experience, education, and credentials.
3.3 Off campus accommodation allowance 2,000 RMB per month
3.4 Airfare subsidy: 8,000 RMB per year
3.5 Annual bonus 1,500 RMB according to performance
3.6 TWO months of Summer vacation and ONE month winter vacation with half-month salary per month
3.7 Insurance: Domestic Medical Insurance provided
3.8 Work permit, foreign expert certificate, and Z-visa sponsored and paid
3.9 18 hours of teaching per week.
