Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Design according to customer needs and design requirements, complete the project design and draw up the design plan.
2. Organize and instruct the performance plan and construction drawing to deepen the work to meet the design requirements.
3, participate in the project blueprint joint review, and to the relevant departments for technical disclosure.
4, evaluate the feasibility of the change and the impact on the cost.
5, responsible for guiding other professional designers to enhance their professional design ability.
Job requirements:
1, 5 year architecture major, bachelor degree, 3 years working experience, double first class university;
2. Loving architecture design, having strong ability of scheme design and originality of architectural conception, familiar with domestic architectural design standards;
3. Proficient in computer application, familiar with PS, CAD, SketchUp, 3D max, Lumion and other drawing software and strong hand-drawn ability;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
