Korean game customer service

Job description:
This position does five cease two, no night shift, 2 weeks before the pay training.
Overseas games online customer service as a service type, does not involve the nature of sales.
1. Responsible for overseas customer service zones, FB, forums and other service channels, detailed answers and timely handling of player feedback issues, such as game settings, BUG and suggestion collection;
2, the forum, the game chat channel public opinion monitoring and to deal with violations of speech in a timely manner, and to communicate with the players;
3. Game operation data monitoring of various products, and do statistics and feedback, can reflect the online situation of game products through various data types, income distribution, need to be carefully verified, do not need to ensure accuracy
4, timely feedback and assistance to the relevant personnel to deal with unusual game problems and console players' emotions.
5. Understand the player's game dynamics, and timely feedback, dedicated to each player to provide thoughtful service;
Job requirements:
1. Passion for games, rich game experience and familiarity with various game rules and system logic;
2. Strong communication and coordination skills. Overseas online customer service experience is preferred.
3. Good sense of learning and positive attitude.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good adaptability and affinity.
5. Bachelor degree in Korean. This position can accept 18 fresh students or 19 interns.
