Head teacher/assistant

Job responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-line subject teaching, assist teachers in class, always ready to answer additional teachers'questions or post materials needed by teachers to ensure the realization of teaching effect;
2. According to the teaching progress, answer the students'questions, organize office hour to help students digest the knowledge they have learned, complete their homework and produce academic achievements.
3. Providing good after-school teaching services to provide professional learning guidance for parents and students.
4. Maintaining the relationship between students and parents, building trust and improving teaching satisfaction;
5. Achieve the goal of continuing learning with good teaching and service;
6. Suggestions on the optimization of course contents and assignments are put forward.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with unlimited majors, excellent English, with overseas experience is preferred.
2. Love education, experience is unlimited, teaching assistant experience is preferred.
3. Strong learning ability, good communication and expression ability;
4. Strong ability to resist pressure, good sense of teamwork, strong execution;
5. Adapt to the rhythm of midweek rest and weekend work.
