Post duties
1. master customer relationship and catering activities.
2. Manage the work of the front desk, supervise the service quality and operation of the staff, point out and request the correction of the staff's non-standard appearance and instrument, guide and correct the non-standard operation in time, check the work completion of each shift, find and report the problems in the work.
3. Master the important guests arriving and leaving on the same day, return guests, before the arrival of the guests, do all necessary preparations; arrange the daily VIP registration form, familiar with their names, implement every detail of the VIP reception; see each VIP off.
4. Ask for the opinions of the guests, communicate the feelings between the hotel and the guests, help the guests to solve difficult problems, and maintain the reputation of the hotel.
5. provide information service for guests and handle special needs of guests.
6. assist front office staff to deal with all kinds of problems in daily reception.
7. complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Post requirements
1. college degree or above, more than 1 years working experience in the same position, good communication skills in English.
