Overseas technical support

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the technical support before and after sales.
2. Responsible for oversea project requirements research, installation and deployment, commissioning, implementation and delivery, on-line training and acceptance, and design solutions according to project requirements to prepare relevant plans and documents;
3. Responsible for training products and business for partners and end-users.
4, cooperate to complete customer needs analysis, system problem diagnosis, solution design and demonstration;
5. Cooperate with R &D department and hardware department to complete product testing.
6. Maintain good customer relationship with customers, be able to communicate and coordinate effectively, respond to various situations actively and flexibly, and promote project development.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communication, network, information security and other related majors;
2. Good English reading, writing and speaking, able to browse English materials and communicate fluently in English, able to adapt to overseas travel.
3, proficiency in computer and operating system hardware and software configuration;
4. Product testing experience is preferred.
5. Overseas working experience is preferred; IT, mobile payment, cashier system company technical support personnel is preferred;
6. Initiative, clear thinking, efficient work and teamwork spirit.
7. Strong expressive ability, strong communication and coordination ability, can independently complete the work, and can withstand certain working pressure.
