Forensic Manager

1, overall responsible for the work of the Department. Around the company's business, carry out all kinds of legal affairs research, demonstration and other related work.
2, responsible for timely and meticulous review of corporate contracts and external documents within the scope of responsibilities;
3. Responsible for the detailed answers to the legal consultations of subsidiaries, agencies and departments within the scope of responsibilities.
4, handle all kinds of litigation or non litigation legal matters within the scope of duties.
5. Investigate and study the legal risks of the company within the scope of its responsibilities, and issue recommendations for prevention and control.
6. Responsible for filing, keeping and confidentiality of legal documents such as company contracts.
7, organize the training and popularization of legal knowledge of employees.
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Master of Law or double degree, professional requirements: civil and commercial law, private international law, international economic law (international investment, finance, trade) or construction law direction;
2. Holding legal professional qualification certificate is preferred.
3. CET-6 or above, proficient in office software.
4, optimistic, cheerful, obedient, communication and coordination ability, especially with learning and innovation ability;
5. Meticulous and rigorous in work, strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, and strong written ability.
