Job description:
1. responsible for product planning and design of overseas projects to control project progress and version rhythm.
2. can independently complete product structure, process and interaction design, and promote product development, testing and release.
3., collect user feedback and needs, and analyze and eliminate the false and retain the truth, and put forward unique business insights. And cooperate with the operation team to specify reasonable product improvement plan and improve product function.
4. Based on the market analysis, product research and similar product research in the field of American social and real estate, combined with the company's development strategy, product long-term development plan is proposed.
Job requirements:
1. bachelor degree or above, fluent in English.
More than 2.3 years experience in user product design. Experience in content / community product, and understanding of product operation.
3. Solid product expertise, including but not limited to: good insight and empathy, data analysis and effect tracking capabilities, project execution and coordination and cooperation capabilities.
4. quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility and strong learning ability. And be able to work under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously.
