Sales Director

1. Sales team management, organization, has about 30 people team management experience, the establishment, supplement, development, training of sales personnel;
2. Market development, analysis, and cooperation with other departments to organize and develop a variety of sales means to complete the sales plan and payment task;
3. Marketing Planning: According to the company's strategic planning and annual business plan to formulate marketing policies and sales strategy plan and implementation;
4, responsible for the company's sales operation, guide and control the direction and progress of sales work;
5. Visit key customers regularly or irregularly, resume, maintain good cooperation with customers and the same industry.
6. Fully implement sales budget, resume sales team incentive mechanism, stimulate sales staff to customer development and customer maintenance enthusiasm;
7. Participate in market research, participate in exhibitions, grasp market dynamics and familiarize with market situation;
Requirement:
1, English level 6, communication barrier free;
2, about 30 sales team management experience;
3, the daily toilet paper business is better.
4. More than five years sales management experience.
Treatment:
Annual salary: 250,000-300,000 annual target to achieve an additional bonus annual paid vacation for one month, round-trip fees, accommodation reimbursement; foreign statutory holidays; monthly construction, expansion; Christmas staff tourism; workplace: Kenya, Africa
