Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales entry, skills upgrading, mindset training and landing assessment.
2. Responsible for training and teaching: understand the needs, participate in training and teaching, prepare training courseware and prepare lessons well;
3. Responsible for training resource management: According to the company's training needs, collect and evaluate relevant courses and learning materials;
4, responsible for training effect summary: do well the training record and follow up the feedback after training.
5. Responsible for team planning, organization and team cohesion.

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 3 years of telemarketing experience, or more than 1 years of telemarketing training experience;
3. Develop training plan according to training needs.
4. Training plan can be determined independently according to training needs.
5. Be able to compile training notes independently according to the training syllabus and skillfully use PPT.
6. Be able to organize and conduct sales training independently.
