Job Description
1, mainly for the import and export of goods related customs clearance, customs declaration, logistics and other work procedures;
2, documents, letters of credit and other related work procedures and so on;
3. Statistics and supervision of customer receivables, collection of receivables, responsible for the customer's financial reconciliation, reminder work, and do a good job of monthly reconciliation record list financial reporting;
4, establish customer files, collect and collate sales information, archive and backup all kinds of information.
5, complete other tasks assigned by superior.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in marketing, economics or trade.
2, 2 years or more working experience in the field of Vocational and office work, with marketing and trade related knowledge training experience is preferred;
3. Good communication skills, skilled in office software, sensitive to data.
4. Solid English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
5. Responsible, careful and cautious, with team spirit and strong pressure resistance.
