HRBP (recruitment direction)

Operating duty:
1, docking new business departments recruitment work to ensure recruitment efficiency;
2. Participate in the formulation of departmental development planning, take stock of manpower with department heads, analyze and formulate annual manpower demand plan, and recruit;
3. Participate in regular department meetings, familiarize with and understand the department's business, and then propose the department's human resources solutions.
4. Recommend and adjust the performance incentive schemes according to the different development stages and operation modes of the departments in charge.
5. Communicate with employees, understand their ideological trends, coordinate and enhance the relationship between employees and employees, employees and superiors and subordinates, and establish a harmonious employment environment.
6. responsible for training and communication sessions of different staff groups.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management.
2. Be proficient in English expression and writing, and be able to communicate without obstacles.
3. Adapt to international business trip, Indonesia, Russia, Middle East and so on;
