Private tutor of Philosophy Fitness Club

Responsibilities:
1, check personal coach's teaching situation, supervise work procedures and professional skills;
2, distribute members in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness;
3, statistics of sales performance and class conditions, and comprehensive assessment of personal trainers.
4. Complete the sales task of the personal trainer department.
5, ensure the service standard of the private coach department.
6, to assist the director in charge of recruitment, training and assessment. (including professional, sales skills, systems, processes, standards);
7, to assist the director in establishing and improving the coaching system, procedures and standards.
8, actively cooperate with other related departments and various activities of fitness clubs.
9. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, sports related industries;
2. More than 3-5 years working experience in China's fitness industry.
3. Fitness Certificate (e.g. NASM, Australia Fitness, ACE) certified by an international professional certification body.
4. Private teaching or group teaching experience (e.g. Circuit, TRX, Core, BOSU, VIPR, Kettlebells);
5. Coaches with 2 years or above preferred.
