Having a Bachelor "s degree in education or related fields."
Proven experience of preschool teaching, preferably in play-based and naturalistic learning environment.
Excellent understanding of child development and preschool pedagogy.
Having a growth mindset.
Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
Enthusiastic about joining a growing and vibrant team.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers (4 teachers w/16 children) to create a safe, affectionate and stimulating environment.
Construct theme-based, play-based and child-directed small group activities to support the physical, emotional and cognitive well-being of each child.
Take part in parent communication and share children's growth with parent s in a two-way, timely, and meaningful way.
Follow school-wide behavioral expectation: be safe, be respectful, and be a be
