The Position
You will serve as an advisor providing direct, individualized guidance to talented students about every step of the college application process, including but not limited to: academic planning, school selection, personal statement and essay development, interview preparation, and overall portfolio development Development Management.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university or college in the U.S. (Top 50 is preferred) and a strong academic background
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work well with students
• Self-motivated yet able to function well as part of a dynamic a
• 2 years'experience in consulting is preferred
• Available to start on Feb, March or July, 2019
