Job requirements:
1, familiar with internet office operation, PS skills will be added.
2, eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, speed sell and other e-commerce platform operation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for store product development, publication, reply to customer mail, and maintain close communication with customers.
2, responsible for answering customer queries, promoting order generation, sorting customer orders;
3, understand customer needs, properly handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction;
4, actively apply for all kinds of activities involved in the platform.
5, skilled and flexible use of various ways to promote and publicize shop products, develop and stabilize the number of customers.
